HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

At DELTA ACUÁTICAS, we want your shopping experience to be excellent. If you need to return an item, we have simplified the process to make it quick and easy.

Step-by-step process:

  1. Access your customer account
    Click on the "REQUEST RETURN" button or visit our online store and enter your email address (the same one you used to make your purchase).
  2. Verify your identity
    You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Enter it to access your account. No password is required.
  3. Locate your order
    Once logged into your account, you will find all your orders. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  4. Request a return
    Click on "Request return", select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  5. Submit your request
    Review the information and submit your request. We will review it as soon as possible.
  6. Receive confirmation
    Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with:
    • A return label or QR code
    • Instructions on where to drop off the package
    • Information about the refund

Important information:

  • Time limit: You have 30 days from the receipt of the item to request a return.
  • Shipping cost: The cost of the return is €3.75 and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Product condition: Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
